Trump towers over Panama with the new Trump Ocean Club International Hotel and Tower

In true Trump-style, Panama has the Latin America’s tallest building, home to the new Trump Ocean Club International Hotel and Tower. The Central American country’s newest five-star hotel is Trump’s first property outside the US. The 70-storey hotel features 369 rooms including 47 suites – all with views over the Pacific Ocean and Panama Bay – 37 elevators, a 10,000 sq ft spa, a marina, a casino, designer stores, a private beach on nearby Isla Viveros and a 4,200 sq m convention centre. Guests booking rooms at the hotel before September 30 can avail a 25 per cent off the best available rate, which starts at $300. The private residences have reportedly already been snapped up by celebrities and the well-heeled, for prices from $250,000 to $1 million. Residents at the tower can also take advantage of butler service, or stroll along a 9,690-sq-ft terrace before taking a dip in the oceanfront pool.

Like the hotel on Facebook before July 31, and fans stand a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime three-night trip to Panama City. The winner and guest will receive roundtrip air transportation (valued at up to $1,000), limousine airport transfer to and from the hotel, deluxe accommodations in a suite facing the Pacific Ocean, a yacht transfer to Trump Panama’s private beach club including a gourmet lunch en route and $150 in credit that can be used at any of the hotel’s signature restaurants, bars or spa.
