Take a peek into the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, opening November 2011

Set to open doors this November, we give you a peek into the brand new Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. The landmark glass tower structure will open doors to destination dining, an urban spa and the city’s best meeting spaces, in the heart of Baltimore’s Harbor East district. The hotel features 256 rooms and suites, five dining venues including Wit & Wisdom by Michael Mina and two pools, is located just minutes from downtown and the Baltimore Convention Center, and a mere ten minutes from the internationally-renowned Johns Hopkins medical facilities.
Inspired by dockside joints that once welcomed shipmen and traders in centuries past, famed restaurateur Michael Mina has conceived a whimsical interpretation of a modern steakhouse tavern: Wit & Wisdom by Michael Mina, which will serve grilled entrees served in cast iron skillets and meats and seafood cooked by rotisserie, wood fired grill, slow braised or baked in sea salt. Lamill Coffee will be a casual diner-style bistro for breakfast, lunch and shopping breaks. The Pool Bar and Grill will offer drinks and light fare on the year-round pool deck, and the Bar and Lobby Lounge will serve light meals and classic and innovative cocktails. Opening next year, Pabu will be a hip izakaya-style Japanese pub offering kobachi (small plates), sushi and sashimi, rolls and oshizushi, larger composed plates, and sake. Baltimore’s new urban oasis is the 10,000 foot (950 sq m) Spa featuring eleven treatment rooms including several suites with private soaking tubs, and separate men’s and women’s relaxation areas, sauna and steam. Two pools include a year-round heated pool with an infinity edge that overlooks into the harbor. The hotel also offers over 20,000 sq ft (1700 sq m) of event space, including a the 5300 sq ft (483 sq m) Grand Ballroom plus the dividable Cobalt Ballroom, ten smaller meeting rooms and an executive boardroom.
Home to a lively arts community, great shopping malls, three of America’s best golf courses and plenty of heritage, the hotel is sure to be popular with long stay guests, or families and friends in town for quick getaway weekend.
