JW Marriott Hotel Ankara now open

Marriott International has taken its world-class luxury hotel brand, JW Marriott to Turkey with the opening of its first hotel in Turkey. The striking 24-story, 413-room luxury hotel, designed in a rich palate of colored glass, is expected to quickly become a towering landmark in Turkey’s vibrant capital city. Located in the heart of the political and business center of Ankara, the JW Marriott Ankara offers easy access from Ankara Esenboga Airport, convention and conference venues, Ankara culture and education centers and archaeological sites. True to the JW Marriott brand, the new hotel’s 413 guestrooms offer the ultimate in relaxed elegance and luxury including bedding featuring 300-thread-count Turkish cotton linens, marble baths (estimated over 11,365 sq m of marble was used in constructing the hotel) with deep soaking tubs, separate showers, and the latest in-room technology including 40-inch Philips LED televisions. The hotel’s offers two premier suites each 130 sq m large and two presidential suites at 187 sq m with private access, separate dining room and kitchen as well as optional butler service. For the ultimate luxury, there is the JW Ankara’s Royal Griffin Suite, a grand 439 sq m suite featuring a super king size bed, private fitness room, library, Jacuzzi, as well as private dining room with optional butler service. A 3,430 sq m Karma Spa Wellness & Fitness boasts both indoor and outdoor pools and ofcourse its stunning authentic Turkish Hammam.
